Hilo/Aktiia BP/HR monitor is truly amazing.
Firstly; The Hilo device is extremely comfortable to wear and is amazing at providing a reassuring constant 24/7 monitoring on my BP&HR. It is extremely interesting monitoring my stats during rest versus activity. All statistical results can be printed or sent via email to my Doctor if required. Providing me with comfort to know that my stats are well within range. Add to this a customer services that are truly amazing, by providing speedy responses and swift actions to the customers during times of need. Personally, I am one very satisfied customer.
Unprompted reviewA good experience all round.
Have been wearing mine for a week now and for the first time I feel I am getting real useful information. The readings are accurate and the system was pretty easy to set up - just follow the instructions. Ordering and delivery were both straight forward and stress free.Looking forward to gaining further insight as I go along. I would recommend to anyone needing serious information about their blood pressure.
Unprompted reviewI was looking specifically for a watch…
I was looking specifically for a watch which would keep a constant check on my blood pressure and pulse, with clinically backed technology. I could find lots of watches that measure pulse but not trustable BP. I've had my HiLo for less than a week but the readings and displays are so informative and means I can visit my GP for a High Blood Pressure review with the data that is easy to understand.
Unprompted reviewReliable Results and Outstanding Support
I’m really impressed with this blood pressure monitor and the company’s overall service. The device is reliable, straightforward to operate, and provides consistent readings that help me stay on top of my health. Customer support was quick and helpful when I had a question. Excellent products that truly make a difference - would highly recommend

How Hilo measures without a cuff.
A pulse wave sensor on the underside of the band reads how blood moves through the artery in your wrist. Combined with your personal calibration data, that signal becomes a real systolic and diastolic number, around 31 times a day, with no inflation, no squeeze, no interruption.

The report your doctor actually wants to see.
Most doctors get two numbers from a single morning reading. Hilo gives them a structured weekly report with daytime averages, nighttime averages, variability, and trends over time. That is the data clinicians use to make real decisions about your treatment.

See the connection between your habits and your numbers.
Because Hilo measures continuously, you can finally see what actually moves your blood pressure. A late coffee, a poor night of sleep, a stressful meeting, a long walk on Sunday. The patterns are no longer guesses. They are visible.

Validated the same way your doctor's equipment is.
Hilo was tested against the ISO 81060-2 standard, the same accuracy protocol used to validate traditional arm cuffs in clinics and pharmacies. Four clinical studies, hundreds of patients, and CE Class IIa medical certification stand behind every reading on your wrist.

What ~31 readings a day actually reveal.
A single morning reading misses the spike after lunch, the dip during sleep, and the slow climb across a stressful week. With around 31 measurements every day, the things that matter most for your treatment finally become visible to you and your doctor.
